Air Liquide has invited you to the Combined General Meeting that will take place in Paris on April 30, 2024.
The Annual General Meeting is a unique opportunity for each shareholder to take part in major decisions, by means of his or her vote, regardless of the number of shares held.
As a registered shareholder of Air Liquide, you can opt for electronic invitation, i.e. to receive notice of Air Liquide General Meetings by e-mail.
Each year, thanks to this electronic invitation system, notice of the date, time and place of General Meetings and the agenda will be sent to the e-mail address communicated by you, along with notification that the relevant documentation is available on-line.
The notice of Meeting will be sent to you by email. You can also, in just a few clicks, vote directly online.
In accordance with applicable regulations, you can opt for electronic invitation:
Your electronic invitation request must be received by Air Liquide no later than 35 days prior to the next General Meeting in order to be taken into account for this Meeting and subsequent Meetings. Should your request be received after this deadline, the documents for the next General Meeting will be sent to you by post, but your request will be taken into account for subsequent Meetings, without any further action needed on your part.
For practical reasons and given processing times, we strongly recommend that you submit your request before february 25. Requests in march will result in the documents being sent twice (in paper and electronic format).
Pursuant to the provisions of Article R. 225-63 of the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce), you can at any time decide to no longer receive notice of Air Liquide General Meetings by email and to be notified once again by post. This can be done directly in your online account, or by sending a paper request by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt. Your request must contain your address details and your share account ID.
To be taken into account for the next General Meeting following submission of your electronic invitation waiver request, it must be sent no later than 35 days prior to the date of publication in the French Official Gazette (BALO) of the relevant Notice of General Meeting. Beyond this deadline, the request will only be taken into account for subsequent meetings.
Nota Bene :
You can, at any time, change the e-mail address at which you wish to receive the notice of Meeting in your Shareholder Portal ("My Profile" > "Personal information"). Please ensure the email address communicated is valid.
The General Meeting documents available for consultation online will, as for their paper versions, be drafted both in english and french.
It should be noted that the invitation method does not impact your means of participation at General Meetings: you may request an admission card or vote by post, online or by proxy. The electronic invitation will also set out the conditions for obtaining the necessary forms and appended documents where appropriate, and the email address to which written questions may be submitted.
If your order is executed, you will receive an e-mail with the exact and final amount of your purchase, which must be paid on receipt in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the e-mail.
If you pay by bank transfer, please mention your Shareholder ID as a reference for your transfer : this is the number after your name, at the top left of this screen.
If your order is executed, the exact and definitive amount of your sale will be indicated in the market transaction statement available on your Shareholder Portal.

It is given with a price that you determine yourself. The order will be executed when the price is lower than or equal to the price you set. It may only be partially executed if the quantity of shares on the market is not available at the price you set.
